Your website and/or marketing material is often the first contact you have with a new potential client. First impressions are important, so it is equally important to get your website translation right the first time.
This kind of translation is more, than just translating the text on your website into another language. You also need to think about how your message and pictures will come across. Our localisation service makes sure that your marketing is appropriate for the culture where it will be used, with meaningful cultural references and language patterns that people will recognise and feel comfortable with.
Localisation is the process of modifying a product, a website or software so that it is linguistically and culturally appropriate to the country or region where it will be used.
Localisation is more complex, because it involves cultural adaptation and requires in-depth knowledge of the local culture.
Documents are translated in either extract or full, depending on your requirements. A full translation is, where all information is translated word for word. An extract translation is, where the most relevant information is extracted and translated into a template.
Overseas governments sometimes need proof that Australian documents, or the signatures of Australian officials on documents, are genuine before they will accept them. This is called an Apostille.
It is important to get this advice by the overseas government you are dealing with, or with those countries that have embassies and/or consulates in Australia.
If you need an apostille, then this is required, before getting your Australian document translated, as this stamp will also need to be translated as part of the document.
